Why Was My Order Cancelled/Refunded?Updated a month ago

Occasionally, inventory discrepancies can occur and an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. If this happens, the unavailable item will be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method.

Order Security & Fraud Prevention
To help protect our customers, all orders are reviewed by our fraud prevention system. If an order is flagged as high risk and cannot be verified, it may be cancelled and refunded as a security precaution.

Refund Timing
If your order or item is cancelled, any refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
