We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review the requirements below.
Return & Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be included (if applicable).
- Photos must be submitted for each item being returned.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- All garments are subject to inspection upon arrival at our returns center.
Exchanges
Items may only be exchanged for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
Return Processing
Once your item has been received by our returns center, please allow 3–5 business days for your return or exchange request to be processed.
Important Notes
- Some items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Any additional items sent that are not included on the approved return request will be disregarded. Welder Nation is not responsible for returning unauthorized items sent to our returns center.
- Items purchased through a retailer that carries Welder Nation products must be returned directly to the original place of purchase. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items purchased from retailers.
- If your return is approved, only the value of eligible merchandise will be refunded. Shipping charges and ShipInsure fees are not eligible for a refund.
