If your package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a failed delivery attempt, or because it was unclaimed, please contact Customer Service once you see that it is being returned.

Once the tracking has been marked as returning to sender, you may choose one of the following options:

• Have your order reshipped by paying the applicable shipping charges.
• Receive a refund for the eligible merchandise.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• ShipInsure purchased at checkout is non-refundable.
• A new shipping charge will apply if you choose to have your order reshipped.
